Everything to get started in Canada: what to upload, how payments work, how to install the app and where to find support.
01ID check step by step
Open your profile and tap Verification. You will see three upload slots: identity, address and payment. Add a clear photo or scan to each.
The casino checks the uploads and your withdrawal requests. It can ask for more, and you can send extra details to support any time. Using the same name everywhere makes it quicker.
02What to upload
Identity
Passport, ID card, driver's licence or another official document in their place.
Address
Utility bill, phone bill or bank statement showing your full name and address.
Payment
A screenshot or photo from online banking, a statement or your Skrill page showing the deposit.
JPG, PNG or PDF, 10 MB max per file.
03Deposits
Tap Deposit to open the cashier. Methods open to you show up with their minimums; when we looked: crypto (BTC from 0.00035, LTC from 0.5, USDT from 20), MiFinity and open banking from the equivalent of C$30.
Enter your bonus code before paying if you want one. After that it's too late.
04Withdrawals
Open the Withdraw tab in the cashier, pick a method and an amount. Wagering on any active bonus has to be finished first. Every winnings request is checked before payment, and the casino may ask you to confirm your identity and payment details.
Bonus winnings are capped in the promo terms, so read the caps for the offer you used.
05Install the app
No store download needed: Slotornado is a web app. Just follow the steps below for your phone.
