Promo terms
The promo rules in plain words for players in Canada: how wagering works, which caps apply, what the codes are and how the weekly offers fit together. All in Canadian dollars. Tap a section to open it.
01The basics
One bonus per person and household. To decide who counts as one person, the casino checks address, email, IP, phone number, bank or card, e-wallet and device. Duplicate accounts get closed and their winnings and live bonuses removed.
Every deposit bonus has the same parts: minimum deposit, maximum bonus, wagering target, max bet while wagering and a time limit. If a promo skips one, the defaults here apply.
Credits are booked on UTC time. When real money and bonus money share a balance, real money goes first and the bonus ends when its own balance runs out. No withdrawals until wagering is done. Ask for your own deposit back early and you lose the bonus and its winnings, and the rest is paid.
02Wagering & game weights
Wagering means staking a multiple of the bonus, or of the free-spin winnings, before you can withdraw. ×40 is standard for welcome and most weekly offers, ×35 for VIP versions, ×30 for the Highroller bonus.
Slots count 100%, except jackpot slots and a published list of excluded titles. All other games, live tables and instant games included, count 5% of the stake. The bet limit also covers double-up rounds and bonus rounds you buy inside a game.

Default caps in Canadian dollars, unless an offer lists different ones:

- No-deposit free spins and similar gifts: winnings are capped at C$30 (C$1,500 for VIP) and you need one real deposit before cashing out.
- Free-spin winnings from a deposit bonus: up to five times the qualifying deposit and never more than C$1,500 (VIP: five times, never more than C$7,500).
- Cash-bonus winnings: up to twice the deposit and never more than C$7,500 (VIP: five times, never more than C$15,000).

Free-spin winnings are capped at C$150 per boost. Cancel a boost's cash bonus and its remaining spin batches go too.

Spins from Monday and Wednesday offers need activating within two days and playing within three. Weekend reload spins need activating within one day.
06Verification bonuses
- Email: 25 free spins on Elvis Frog in Vegas (BGaming), credited automatically after you confirm your email and make a first deposit of C$30 or more.

- Each has a C$75 win cap and ×45 wagering on spin winnings. Activate inside one day; spins and winnings stay valid for seven.
07Free spins
Each offer sets the value of its spins; seasonal offers, for example, use €0.10 per spin and €0.20 in their VIP versions. Spins land on named games, and most offers let you pick one of two.
No holding a round in a bonus feature until after wagering, and no new deposit while a feature is pending. Using bonus money just to move a feature along and finishing the last step with real money is out too.
08Fair play
Misusing bonuses, hedging across accounts, exploiting glitches or trying any other unfair trick can cost you winnings, bonuses and your account. The casino decides on reasonable grounds and can ask you to verify personal and payment details before paying out.
09Currency
On the Canadian site amounts are in Canadian dollars. The casino publishes each promo in EUR, USD, AUD, CAD and NZD at a fixed ratio, so a CAD figure is the euro value times about 1.5, rounded. The tables here already use CAD.
10Updates
The casino can change or cancel promos and these terms any time. If a translation and the English version differ, English wins. Check the card in your account for the version that applies to you.
