The promo rules in plain English for players in Australia: how wagering works, which caps apply, what the codes are and how the weekly offers fit together. All in Australian dollars. Tap a section to open it.
01The basics
One bonus per person and household. To work out who counts as one person, the casino checks address, email, IP, phone number, bank or card, e-wallet and device. Duplicate accounts get closed and their winnings and live bonuses removed.
Every deposit bonus has the same parts: minimum deposit, maximum bonus, wagering target, max bet while wagering and a time limit. If a promo leaves one out, the defaults here apply.
Credits are booked on UTC time. When real money and bonus money share a balance, real money goes first and the bonus ends when its own balance is gone. No withdrawals until wagering's done. Ask for your own deposit back early and you lose the bonus and its winnings, with the rest paid.
02Wagering and what games count
Wagering means staking a multiple of the bonus, or of the free-spin winnings, before you can withdraw. ×40 is standard for welcome and most weekly offers, ×35 for VIP versions and ×30 for the Highroller bonus.
Pokies count 100%, apart from jackpot pokies and a published list of excluded titles. All other games, live tables and instant games included, count 5% of the stake. The bet limit also applies to double-up rounds and bonus rounds you buy in a game.

- No-deposit free spins and similar gifts: winnings capped at A$30 (A$1,500 for VIP), and you need one successful real deposit before withdrawing.
- Free-spin winnings from a deposit bonus: five times the qualifying deposit, up to A$1,500 (VIP: five times, up to A$7,500).
- Cash-bonus winnings: twice the deposit, up to A$7,500 (VIP: five times, up to A$15,000).

06Verification bonuses

07Free spins
Each offer sets its spin value; seasonal offers, for example, use €0.10 a spin and €0.20 in their VIP versions. Spins land on named games, and most offers let you pick one of two.
No holding a round in a bonus feature until after wagering, and no new deposit while a feature is pending. Using bonus money only to move a feature along and finishing the last step with real money is out too.
08Playing fair
Bonus abuse, hedging across accounts, using technical faults and any other try at an unfair edge can mean forfeited winnings, cancelled bonuses and a closed account. The casino decides on reasonable grounds and may ask you to verify personal and payment details before paying winnings.
09Currency
Australian players see amounts in Australian dollars. The casino publishes each promo in EUR, USD, AUD, CAD and NZD at a fixed ratio, so an AUD figure is the euro value times about 1.5, rounded. The tables here already use AUD.
10Changes
The casino can change or withdraw promos and these terms any time. If a translation and the English version differ, English wins. The card in your account shows the version that applies to you.
